What is Nitrosigine?+
Nitrosigine® is a patented complex of bonded arginine silicate with inositol that is engineered to deliver benefits essential to peak sports performance. What does intra-workout mean?+
Intra-workout refers to the period of time that is your training session. Intra-workout nutrition would include supplements you take during your workout, such as SUSTAIN Intra-Workout. These supplements are meant to improve workout performance, replenish muscle glycogen, promote muscle protein synthesis, and prevent excessive protein breakdown. These supplements may include the essential amino acids (including branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine) and beta-alanine to preserve muscle tissue, stimulate muscle growth, and prolong endurance. What is the difference between EAA and BCAA?+
Amino acids are organic compounds that make up proteins in the body. Humans need 20 different amino acids to function and 11 of them are produced by within body. The other 9 amino acids are not and must be obtained through the food or supplementation. The 9 essential amino acids, or EAA, are:
