As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) rounded scoop with 8-12 fl oz of water 30 minutes prior to workout. New users may wish to assess tolerance with 1/2 scoop.
L-Citrulline Malate 1:1
Citrulline malate has the ability to increase nitric oxide production, improve energy, increase blood flow, and shuttle nutrients into muscle cells. Consuming citrulline before your workout will help to achieve the “pump” during your sets. Studies have shown citrulline malate drastically increases flow mediated dilation (vascularity) compared to placebo (34% vs 2%). Citrulline is also critical in the Urea Cycle to remove toxic ammonia from the body.
Beta-Alanine
Beta-alanine is a non-proteogenic amino acid produced in the liver. Beta-alanine increases muscular levels of carnosine in combination with histidine. Research suggests beta-alanine has the greatest potential to improve performance in high-intensity exercise lasting over one minute. Beta-alanine has been proven to improve muscular endurance and delay fatigue allowing you to push yourself harder each consecutive workout.
Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine is the most researched dietary supplement on the market with hundreds of studies to back its effectiveness. Creatine is essential for the body to make ATP (cellular energy). Supplementing with creatine will allow you to push yourself harder in the gym and improve growth, strength, and recovery.
Nitrosigine®
Nitrosigine is a patented variant of arginine bonded to silicate. Nitrosigine has been shown to elevate NO levels within 30 minutes of ingestion and keep them elevated for up to six hours. Nitrosigine promotes blood vessel relaxation up to five times better than arginine. It also reduces markers of muscle damage following exercise and it appears that humans do not develop a tolerance.
Alpha GPC 50%
Alpha GPC (l-alpha-glycerophosphocholine) is a natural compound that works fast and helps deliver choline to the brain and increases the production of acetylcholine along with cell membrane phospholipids. One of the most notable benefits of Alpha GPC is its potential for improving brain health and cognition. It may also be possible for Alpha GPC to improve memory formation and enhance learning ability. L-Tyrosine
Supplementing with tyrosine is thought to increase levels of the neurotransmitters dopamine (pleasure, motivation, and learning), adrenaline (increases rates of blood circulation, breathing, and carbohydrate metabolism and preparing muscles for exertion) and norepinephrine (increases heart rate and blood pressure, triggers the release of glucose from energy stores, increases blood flow to skeletal muscle, reduces blood flow to the gastrointestinal system, and inhibits voiding of the bladder and gastrointestinal motility). By increasing these neurotransmitters, it may help improve performance in stressful situations (i.e. your workout).
Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract
Research has shown that this extract may stimulate serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine activity. Rhodiola rosea has been classified by some researchers as an adaptogen, meaning that it helps to make you less prone to physical and emotional stress. Rhodiola rosea works synergistically with l-tyrosine to reduce the perceived level of stress experienced during a workout.
Caffeine Anhydrous
Caffeine is a naturally-occurring stimulant that affects the central nervous system. It blocks the action of adenosine on its receptor and consequently prevents the onset of drowsiness induced by adenosine. Caffeine also stimulates certain portions of the autonomic nervous system.

Bioperine is a patented black pepper fruit extract used increase the bioavailability of nutrients. Bioperine has been shown to increase the bioavailability of nutrients by at least 30%.
